Providing PRL Access for Kaimahi
To provide access to the PRL app kaimahi must:
1. Be added to PRL-AccessAndLicensing AD group in Azure.
2. Be assigned a PowerApps Premium Connector license.
Confirm with Hadyn Morgan that the kaimahi has a Power Apps Premium Connector license.
If the kaimahi does not have a license, then one needs to be purchased or reassigned from another user.
